Circulation & Returns
Materials may be borrowed from and returned to any Lackawanna County Library System location, with after-hours book drops at most member libraries.
Internet Use Policy
The Lackawanna County Library System provides free public internet access at all member libraries to support learning, information access, and access to government services.
Library Card Policy
Library cards are free to Pennsylvania residents and property owners. This policy outlines eligibility, expiration, and replacement of Lackawanna County Library System cards.
