Free library materials by mail for patrons with a disability.
Books by Mail is a free service that delivers library materials to Lackawanna County residents who have a disability that prevents them from visiting a branch in person. Receive books in regular or large print, audiobooks, DVDs, Blu-rays, and music on CD. Items have a four-week loan period with possible renewals, and there's no postage cost to you. Contact any member library to enroll.
