Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan lets current LCLS cardholders request material that isn't available within Lackawanna County. Most requests are filled within two to three weeks, depending on availability and the accuracy of the request; items must generally be at least a year old to qualify. The department also runs a delivery van that serves every Lackawanna County public library twice daily and reaches our district counties — Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming.
